Traditionally, real estate has been an individualistic job.  Although agents can affiliate with companies, they tend to work on their own.  TT Realty has a team approach to real estate. 

Every agent is part of a team and the more experienced agents mentor and encourage the new agents.  This is always the case in theory but realistically, why would a seasoned agent take time from selling and making money to help someone else?  The answer is that as a team, you actually reap the benefits from your team members' success.

If you're wondering if you'll be losing part of your commission, the answer is NO.  As with other real estate companies, there is a commission split between the agent and the broker-in-charge (BIC).  When the team succeeds at TT Realty, the BIC shares his commission with the team so the agent doesn't lose any commission.  This is the BIC's way of encouraging his entire team to grow and mentor new members.

TT Realty & Investment Group believes strongly in the team approach because the bottom line, we're all working together.  We don't want our agents competing with each other over clients and deals.  The only person who ends up losing during a fight between agents is the client.

Why is this a good time to be in the real estate business?

Whoever says nobody's buying or selling is obviously not seeing the many subdivisions that are being developed around Charlotte.  Nor are these people seeing the large influx of people moving in with new companies.  Take a look at the local universities and community colleges.  They have increased enrollment dramatically and we're seeing many of the recent graduates, who came to the area for an education, call Charlotte home after graduation.

Charlotte has one of the most unbelievable real estate markets for many reasons.  Not only do we have a wonderful climate but we are only a few hours from the beach as well as the mountains.  In addition to the great conditions, our city has some of the most affordable housing on the east coast.

As Charlotte continues to grow at a rapid pace, the real estate market will grow with it.  New houses and roads are built everyday.  New companies are constantly calling Charlotte home while others are saying goodbye.  With every transition, hundreds of people are moving with their company, buying new houses and leaving old ones behind.
