Qualifying information check list: If you can get this information together and put it into a folder.  You will have done the hardies part of buying your new home. What you see below is the information that will be needed to qualify you for any house lone. 1. Your last 30 days paycheck stubs.
2. Residence Address ( 2 years ).
3. Name & Address of all employers ( 2 years).
4. W-2s / Tax Returns( 2 years ).
5. Name, Address, Account Numbers, Balances and Monthly minimum payments on all Open Loans     / Credit Cards. ( Copy of most recent statements.
6. Most recent bank statements for all checking and savings accounts ( 2 months if possible ).
7. Address of all Real Estate owned ( account numbers, balances and monthly payment ).    Name and Address of lender also.
8. Check for credit report & appraisal.
9. Certificate of Eligibility or DD214 ( VA )
10. Sales contract w/addendums.
