| To
introduce myself, my name is Mike Stockton and I have been working in
the arts/design for most of my life. I am not a contractor, but a
designer and have been designing decks for friends over the years, just
for the fun. I have designed decks for contractors in the past and also
have a background in building. In the past few years I have started
building decks for a few friends to get away from the computer in the
summer time (I design Web Sites, Print and Corp. Identity in the
winter). I enjoy working in the outdoors now and look forward to working with people that are trying to do something new and different in their backyards. What I do is different, and people like that fact. Designing and building Decks is fun for me. No two decks will ever be the same design. I think of each deck as a piece of art.
