Page Design / Cost
		We offer the pages below to Real-Estate Agents so that they may have a place to showcase new listings. Below you will find the cost for a home page and the cost for a house listing page.    Your home page,  Cost: $250.00 We will include a company logo, a photo of you, one other photo that you may like to use on your page, your telephone numbers and e-mail address with all of your home listings ( which are linked to each house page listing ). You can add to your page as much as you like based on custom work cost below. Your home page will have it's  own web address as you see below... ( www.thehomemarket.info/your name ). Your home page will have its own e-mail address as you see below... ( your name@thehomemarket.info )    Your house listings page,  Cost: $150.00 For each home that you list on your home page (above) we will go to the home with you and take up to 10 photos of that home ( inside and out ) and put them on to its own page ( You will have a hyperlink for each house listing from your home page (above). Each house page will include a company logo, a photo of you, your telephone numbers and e-mail address. Also this house listing page will include the address of the home, copy that tells all bout the home, an area map to show location of listing. Your house listing will stay on the internet until you sale the home or listing expires. Your house listing page will also have it's own web address for each house listing page you buy. ( www.thehomemarket.info/your name/house name ). The address above will be yours to e-mail to anyone. This page is so that you can show off your homes on the internet (with photos and information about each home).    Custom Work: (A) Adding other pages: $150.00 per page. (B) Photo retouching: $5.00 for each photo (C) Taking photos of home (10 inside & out) $100.00 (D) Adding HTML hyperlink to other places: $5.00 each. (E) Building HTML inventory list: $5.00 per listing. (F) Custom built buttons: $5.00 each. (G) Custom built illustration with photos: $50.00 Per Hr. (H) Reworking your company logo for the internet: $50.00 Per Hr.    Listing yourself or your home on one of our pages: If you would like to only list yourself or list your home on one of the pages here at (The Home Market. Info)...    Real Estate Agents,    Home for Sale,    Homes by Builder    For Sale by Owner. Cost of listing: $25.00 per month.    Advertisement bar: If you would like to advertise on one of our pages with a (Advertisement Bar) as shown on the bottom of our home page.
